The true nature of spiritual maturity shows itself when a Christian is facing the valley. Here is a quote from Oswald Chambers that helped me today.
"...God wants us to be at the drab everyday level,
where we live in the valley according to our personal relationship with Him."
I thank God for His faithfulness in every area of my life!!

Good stuff, it makes me think of Paul's admonition to be "even keeled". When we are really trusting Jesus it tends to balance out our "extremes".
We are missing you here at home and look forward to seeing you at the retreat.
